Dear valued clients:

I hope that this letter finds you, your colleagues, and your loved ones safe and well.

We are experiencing perhaps the most uncertain and challenging times in recent history. However, we at Nat Re are unwavering in our commitment to serve you to the best of our capabilities.

Even before the enhanced community quarantine was implemented, we have set in place measures to ensure our workforce can operate at near-full capacity despite various limitations. As we enter further extensions of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, all our employees continue to work from home and are equipped with both hardware and software to process transactions via online exchanges if you can provide us with soft copies of the required documents.  However, if that is not feasible, we will handle these as soon as restrictions are lifted.

In particular, we can transmit claims and receive premium payments through online bank transfers. We have been sending digital copies of official receipts and statements of accounts, the hard copies of which will be delivered to your offices when allowed. We have also been using digital signatures for various documents if these are acceptable to you.

We will continue to monitor developments on the community quarantine and adjust our arrangements accordingly. We will inform your respective staff should there be any significant changes to these. Meanwhile, we welcome your feedback on how else we can improve our services given the circumstances.
