Nat Re Safety Measures under ECQ (August 6 to 20, 2021)

We are committed to continue fully serving you to the best of our capabilities while also prioritizing everyone’s safety and welfare.

In light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region from August 6 to 20, 2021, Nat Re will apply the following safety measures starting August 6, 2021 until further notice:

• Our employees will continue to work from home. You may still reach us through e-mail, our office landlines (calls will be forwarded to our mobile phones), or our mobile phones.
• As advised by the Insurance Commission, our physical office will remain closed per Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) guidelines. In this regard, we will not be able to receive or deliver hard copies of documents.
• We will continue with online video calls or teleconferences instead of face-to-face meetings.
• We will be able to conduct electronic transactions.
