Javier assumes new COO role; Ebron named Head of Life Reinsurance & Data Administration
In his new role, Mr. Javier will provide leadership to both Life and Non-Life underwriting units, administration, technology, finance, and project management.
Mr. Javier brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, having held senior management roles across life and health insurance companies with deep expertise in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Since joining Nat Re, Mr. Javier has played a vital role in growing the Life Reinsurance business, delivering significant increases in gross written premiums and underwriting income. He has also strengthened partnerships and successfully expanded Nat Re business into the medical sector and foreign markets.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ebron brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, spanning actuarial analysis, product development, strategic marketing, project management, corporate sales, and operations management.Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in product management, strategic marketing, business development, and corporate sales.
Since joining Nat Re in 2018, Mr. Ebron has played a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative insurance products, establishing new distribution channels, and consistently driving strong business growth.
