As a Philippine publicly-listed company, we in National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines adhere to good Corporate Governance standards and practices.

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard follows the sequence and content of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Principles of Corporate Governance. We use this Scorecard to measure our compliance with good corporate governance standards and practices.
