We are committed to fully serving you to the best of our capabilities while also prioritizing everyone’s safety and welfare.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, Nat Re will apply the following safety measures starting March 17, 2020 until further notice:

In connection with this:

– All our employees will work from home. You may still reach us through e-mail, our office landlines (calls will be forwarded to our mobile phones), or our mobile phones.

– Our physical office will be closed. We will not receive or deliver hard copies of documents.

– We will not issue or accept checks. Please reach out to your main Nat Re contact for information on how to send or receive payments through bank transfers.

– We will set up online video calls or teleconferences instead of face-to-face meetings.
